Why Honors? I feel that we, as a global society, need individuals who can think for themselves, following after truth wherever it leads and by whatever skills are required. We need careful readers and listeners who methodically extract all they can from data and media. We need self-aware citizens who recognize the limits of their own understanding and continually work with others toward greater good. The BYU honors program seeks to aid students and faculty become what the world needs.
