2020 Honors Conference Highlights

Our third annual Honors Conference on March 7th was a great success! Participants enjoyed excellent presentations by Honors students who presented their thesis work and great question essay experiences. In the opening session, Dr. Spencer Magleby challenged everyone to fully engage throughout the day with questions, enthusiastic applause, and meaningful discussions – and attendees rose to the occasion! We loved hearing insightful questions as our Honors community considered new and impactful research in such a wide variety of fields and disciplines. Thank you to everyone who joined in this celebration of academic achievement: presenters who were so well prepared, participants who came to learn, Honors ambassadors who volunteered to help run the event, and the Honors Student Leadership Council members who put in so many hours planning and executing this event! We can’t wait for next year’s conference!
