My name is Abi Archibald I am a freshman at BYU. I am majoring in Sociology and hope to go to law school after graduation. I love to read a good book, watch Gilmore Girls, and do anything active. My favorite thing to do is spend time outside whether that is skiing, boating, or just sitting outside. I love my friends and family and of course my dog!

What sparked your interest in your major?
I have always loved learning and studying about people and what makes them who they are.

What’s one item on your bucket list?
Traveling to Brazil.

What’s the best-kept secret at BYU?
I have met some amazing people while helping out with cougar skate which is a part of BYUSA.

What are three things that can always be found in your pantry/refrigerator?
1- Goldfish 2- Chocolate 3- Pickles

What are people often surprised to learn about you?
I started learning a second language in the second grade.

What has been the most significant plot twist in your life?
I actually didn't want to come to BYU at all, but I decided to come anyways and have loved it!

What do you do differently than most people?
I don't like taking baths.

If you could instantly master any skill or talent, what would it be and why?
I would want the talent to have a photographic memory so I can remember everything!

Why did you decide to join the Honors Program?
I wanted to challenge myself and I think it is a really good resource

What has been your favorite Honors experience?
I have met one of my favorite people at BYU through the HONRS 110 class.

What is your next step in Honors?
I will be starting my unexpected connections courses.
