Why Honors? My life has been enriched by the books I read, the conversations I had, and the mentors I found in my Honors courses (back in the—gulp—1990s), so I am eager to pay those blessings forward.
I once heard someone say, “I enjoy being around smart people, but if I had to choose, I would prefer being around good people.” I share that view. Fortunately, BYU connects me with people who want to be both smart and good. I’m grateful every day.
