Why Honors? I love BYU and its mission. While the typical student experience focuses on gaining proficiency in a single field of study, discovering the interconnectedness of seemingly unrelated disciplines is why BYU Honors excites me! Merging differences in viewpoints, approaches to problem solving, communication, and skillsets builds appreciation and acceptance of subjects that may otherwise appear unfamiliar, foreign, or irrelevant. Like the metaphor of a rope strengthened by the unlimited breadth of its intertwined strands, every contributor can benefit and likewise, increase their impact for good.
