Anne Thomas is a 2018 Gates Scholar and she is the fifth BYU student to earn the all-expenses-paid fellowship since Bill and Melinda Gates started the Gates Cambridge Scholarship program. Anne will head to Cambridge University for her Ph.D. program this fall.
