Apply for the Robert K. Thomas Scholarship!
Named after the founder of the BYU Honors Program, the Robert K. Thomas Scholarship (half-tuition) is awarded on a competitive basis to committed BYU Honors students each semester who meet the following criteria:
1. have completed at least 11.0 credit hours of the curriculum requirement
2. have a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade-point average
3. have an approved Honors thesis proposal or an approved plan to submit a thesis proposal
4. have already completed a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form (and provided clarification in essay if necessary) to demonstrate financial need.
For Spring 2017 and Summer 2017, the application deadline is February 15, 2017.
For Fall 2017 and Winter 2018, the application deadline is April 15, 2017.
Applications are available from the Honors Program office (102 MSRB).
Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria described above.
